    Good question. I dare say there will be a counter offer by CAR. I was surprised / disappointed when they sold out their stake a few years back, but now with their current SP and watching ICQ continue to grow and near break even, this is a no-brainer for CAR to acquire. I think 50 cents is too cheap.
