    I don't have a holding but waiting on the sidelines to see the scheme timeline etc.

    If it looks like the deal is as good as done an opportunity might present itself to take some of the value from the franking credits and capital loss which don't seem to have much value attaching to them at present given the SP (particularly where the investment horizon might be for a short period - generating a high IRR from the investment). Have already started running the numbers on it.

    Will wait with interest.
