    I agree with both of you. I'm very disappointed by this decision. All was looking bright for the future of PBG, except for an unexplainable drop in price recently. Perhaps someone was trying to bring it down for a related reason.

    I was looking forward to future growth and regular dividends.

    Would like to see another bidder from left field suddenly appear.
