    It's cash. Check footnote 1 at bottom of first page of announcement. Headline offer was 2.31, minus recent dividend of 0.08, hence 2.23. They want to pay essentially NTA as of December 2018. I would like to see a decent premium to that (at least 20%). But there are many things I would like that I don't get.
