    I would be very surprised if the offer is supported by the board. The stock had been trading around $2 prior to the offer being announced and a 10% premium to the last traded price for a complete takeover of the company seems very low. The timing is also quite oportunistic i.e. trying to buy the company at potentially what could be the low point in the housing cycle.
