    IMO competent principled directors who act in the best interests of shareholders and are paid on performance are in the minority in ASX listed companies. Are they on our BOD? Holders know the answer to that! Most directors who do not fit the above criteria will sell you out as soon as things go pear shaped, if it means they stay on the gravy train. What is happening ATM in GBG seems to be motivated more by the continuation of generous salaries than anything else.

    The results so far from the exploration of Coda's interests in the Gawlor Craton permits do not indicate that this will be a profitable or commercial operation and I have no interest in retaining those shares if this sale and demerger gets the nod. I'm only a modest holder who has rejected the BOD's recommendations.
