The results so far from the exploration of Coda's interests in the Gawlor Craton permits do not indicate that this will be a profitable or commercial operation and I have no interest in retaining those shares if this sale and demerger gets the nod. I'm only a modest holder who has rejected the BOD's recommendations.

Iron ore prices have lifted off into orbit since these guys proposed selling out for 2.6c..the game has changed..prior to vote and surely this grossly undervalues our stake in Karara..new deal needs to be presented to reflect market pricing & iron ore futures
