The market thinks resistance is at 12 cents, but it had actually moved down to 10 cents. Which is obviously now solidly broken with weekly closes above it to confirm.
Subsequently very safe to buy, obviously cheaper the better, but a break of 12 cents is just a formality, the break of 10 cents was the BIG news on 29 Dec 2010.
I don't see serious resistance until 26 cents, the previous market cap highs.
