I think BPF will trade side ways for a little while until the SPP sellers have moved through. Considering the 25c offer is on the table (albiet for a small amount) the current price shows the confidence investors have in the company.

I wonder how the company is going to treat an over subscription to the SPP? As they only need 100 shareholders to take up their full $15k entitlement and they have reached their $1.5mil.
Does anyone have details on how many shareholders on their registry? As this SPP could be well over subscribed.
