I hope it works out more "simplified" than the GEIS process that PEN are still going through.

I posted around 7 years ago regarding the new improved, you beaut "simplified" GEIS that PEN would go through. It turned out to be anything but simple lol, and even though they now have the GEIS/SEIS they still have a pending legal matter to settle.

Ablation has my attention but still watching for more. All I can say is thank goodness PEN wasn't in Colorado looking to do ISR, I would have enough years left to see the outcome lol. Ablation may, and I say may, provide for a shorter permitting process in Colorado but we will see.
