mudguts there are " Major differing circumstance's " between comparing the permitting time-frames of BLR's Hansen/Taylor to a full ISL processing plant

Here's what BLR wont be building in regards to required permitting requirements as apposed to the Lance ISL Project or as per shown the Bev/ISL plant in Sth Australia

Example shown is the Beverley Uranium processing Plant, Heathgate Resources

Two things " and they are Major " is that BLR IMO: will not require as in depth permitting procedures as has PEN, due to the fact that we will not be processing the uranium as would be the case within an In Situ Recovery (ISR)Project or a Conventional Uranium Mill processing plant.

Hansen/Taylor plans to be a Mining & Separating operation " NOT " processing Yellowcake (also called urania)

What makes this possible & feasible you may well ask! well the answer is Ablation Technology.

And Again Please PAY ATTENTION READERS !

No filtering or drying into uranium dioxide powder will be occurring within the Hansen/Taylor Site permitting.

Mining & De-watering YES, but NO drying/processing will be involved within the Hansen/Taylor precinct.

    Cheers from G64
