Riches needs to get these boltons integrated quickly if he wants to take advantage of and enhance the takeup of the current flow of Govt infrastructure spend. I would like to see a consolidation for the time being so that some sense can be made of the value of the recent acquisitions in the next set of accounts. I note particularly that he has not stated that the L&M acquisition is immediately bottomline accretive. If it is then he should say so.
