I emailed the company and they confirmed it's not 10 times so looking like another great acquisition:
"We will only pay a multiple of EBIT delivered for FY16, FY17 & FY18 so after FY18 - 5-6 times that year earnings is closer."
Being a people business there's unlikely to be any debt so it's pretty much on EBT I'd presume
