My opinion if youre not sure then not yet! Keep researching and chatting and saving until you are sure you have a good company whose price has not gone up yet. Some great leads on HotCopper but you will never be confident until you have your own way of knowing enough to put money down with confidence. Or do what i did at first and loose money on bad ideas until you figure it out.
