Acquisitions take them to almost 69,000 members and if we assume that this stays as the average for the year (conservative) then revenue should be $58 million (base case) and Ebitda of $14.5 million.
looks appealing to me when the EV is circa $105 million and huge growth to come organically and from further acquisitions ($11.5 million net cash post deal) !!
