Bit of a good news / bad news story
Great that they have identified a large number of opportunities and that the raising is only a small discount to the market price.
Not so sure that I want a capital raising with every expansion particularly at a discount to true NTA as this dilutes some of the upside of the existing assets and acquisitions. Hopefully it is a one off.
Does highlight the opportunity cost of not being able to get the NZ Students deal away earlier.
