most ridiculous cap raise i have ever seen in Reits. 1. Last cap raise in Oct at $4.8, which is above NTA and exactly why was well over-subscribed; 2. and now 2 months late another cap raise priced below the last one, and NTA, dilluted securityholders` value and funny thing is, because we support the company, so this time we are not able to participate and institutions can just come in and take advantage from us! 3. I myself is also shareholder of CHC, if Charterhall really sees value in the assets, pls, sell our share at a fair value, otherwise, use other unlisted vehicles to buy them! Im very unhappy and i will lodge complan to the company and ASX and I wish everyone sees this post to do so, unless you love to see this happen again.
