I gotta admit, if Philip does indeed represent CLW the response was impressively prompt and the courtesy commendable. Unless you are a major holder, listed companies rarely acknowledge, let alone respond to, any enquiries or thoughts about decisions of the board. I was not expecting another CR that soon just like you, but they must have seen it as an urgent opportunity that should not be missed.
