    Positive news re occupancy rates and reaffirming forecasts. Acknowledges regulatory risks as per Productivity Commission Draft Report released yesterday (a modest 993 pages!!!) although at the current PE of ~7.5X, I think the current share price has baked in much of the downside (if in fact any adverse rulings eventuate).
