    I mean they did announce news. Doing "due diligence" on someone's books, product etc can take a while depending on the company.

    You also don't do due diligence unless a deal is very close and everybody has layed their cards on the table.

    Seems a legit freeze and all layed out for good times ahead! Here we come 0.05c!
