re: Ann: Acquisitions/Updated Revenue Foresca... Increased shares causes dilution yes, but with the earnings they're acquiring earnings per share should not fall. The sophisticated investors that bought at $20.50 - a lot of them will take the instant easy profit this morning which is what really put the share price under this short term pressure imo.
