I'm still expecting an earnings upgrade this year. technically if the upgrade is 5% or lower they don't have to disclose. that equates to $29.4 million earnings after $300-400k of acquisition costs that are included in current guidance.
other highlights:
40% of revenue from corporate staff incentives
UK gift card market growing at 8.5% pa
75% of Brittons prefer to give gift cards as presents
EML now global leader in mall programs and thus becoming strategically attractive
no competition in European malls as paper voucher to digital transition accelerates
the company is still cheap !! :$
