Amigos, just a review of the purcahase of the Laramie prospect (in Wyoming USA). Zenith (ZNC) sold the rare earth project to ARR so that ZNC could focus on its gold prospects. I can't remember the details, but from memory ZNC received shares in ARR as payment. Previously, the rock sampling by ZNC revealed that surface outcrops had allanite as the carrier of high grade rare earths, and anallite is the same mineral that carries the rare earths at La Paz so there is good synergy. Also, ZNC found these outcrops were spread over several kms. Those details were in announcements by ZNC while it was exploring the prospect in 2019-2020. We should get more details from ARR once it completes the deal - which is due before the month. I'm looking forward to ARR's exploration program for Laramie.
