Interesting stuff, they cap raise at $0.004 for over $1 m and they announce at least some positive stuff and there are no buyers at $0.003. Obviously, the one's who raised are capping, but why sell for cheap to get a few at 0.002, when you have a ridiculous amount at 0.004. The chinese have an interesting way of doing business...
