Does anyone understand the 'Other Income' element of this business - being the "Net gain on disposal of property, plant and equipment" of $4.7m in 1H24?
In FY23 it was $12m.
Is this viewed as a recurring stream of earnings? Seems to have grown over the past few years as the business has grown but unsure if this can be counted on as a solid source of earnings going forward...thoughts would be appreciated, cheers
