I,m no account, but maybe worth thinking about the depreciation. Scaffolding would be completely depreciated in say 10,s of years, but might well have a life span of 30 or 40 years, so when not shinny enough to hire out , still good value to sell.
Guess hire cars might work this way, who wants to hire a 5 year old car, but it still has good resale value.
I,m not up to giving figures or anything,but thought about this when I invested in ACF. They might always have some old or reworked things for sale.
