The remuneration policy is an absolute gem. Really and truly a masterful piece of work.
Delightfully blurry, it can be used to justify extreme overpayment of staff with even barely acceptable performance (interpreting it one way).
Or it can be explained to holders in such a way that it seems very much in their interest and very responsible (interpreting it another).
So any attempt to get clarity from them will serve no purpose, unless its included in the policy and you can bet they will not do that. What a pity they don't use this kind of ability to get some real work done.
Lets all vote against the remuneration package.
