yeah $200k worth of bonuses (stuff the SH's with the SP decrease - they will still get their bonuses!!!) - SP should be part of the KPI's!!
and looking at options to employees - appears that some employees have left them lapse and still get topped up with others as part of their remuneration. Go figure!!
all in all IMO insulating management at expense of SH's - and as for increase in cash on hand - which they seem to make a big deal about - that's cause you not paying dividends to SH's - so don't make it seem as if its an almighty achievement!
