    clever marketing IMO with the Omnibus Equity Plan Rules ...."THE purpose of the plan is to......". Issue is that the KPI's have been determined by management without regard to SP of ACR. So how does this now realign the interests of SH's with employees in the plan???. The KPIs - can't recall seeing what they are anywhere so would appreciate someone letting me know in case i missed them.

    case of too little too late IMO.

    Grant of performance rights - well judging on SP (which is not from my understanding taken into consideration) they shouldn't get anything till SP gets back to the $2 levels IMO - but what are the chances of that?.

    IMO and my opinion only the base of the SP now at a low so if they actually do something more then may not take much to raise the SP but to get back to where it was will take a lot more heavy lifting - so what are the KPI's for the rights?. Performance rights to be issued at nil cash consideration. Well I have my views on that after the loss in wealth of probably the majority of SH's!!

    Hopefully all resolutions are voted NO!.
