think it goes well beyond that commentary. ACR has been exposed - market well aware now of the huge weakness the company has - no other revenue streams (okay smallish other revenue streams). so even if "it appears undervalued" IMO market sentiment will be such that they will value this as a high risk company and will value it as such until something positive happens. all IMO.
and given what has transpired and the fact that management are talking now regarding pipeline projects (but it has always been talk in the past) IMO they will be looking to preserving funds and in the process preserving jobs!!!
