Yes, I have met the CEO a few times on a casual basis as his children went to the same school as mine. Seems like a good guy - thoughtful and articulate.
Clearly the Chairman has been around too long and too many negative things have occurred with his hand on the wheel. Time for a fresh take on things for sure.
For me I am trying to decide whether any traction could occur after the drugs are finally released. If this generic strategy is still born then
the music will simply stop. Hard to know whether or not to bail now while the plane has a little altitude.
