Whilst I don't think for one minute that this is ideal from a PR/IR perspective or as most have pointed out hope its not symptomatic of the selection process the company undertakes to select partners.

I was never wedded to this ANDA as anything more than spare change. Gross sales USD20mil (based on Sep 20 data), existence of 5/6 competitors and we were participating in a profit share. I can't remember did we get any milestones from Harris on signing deal (in 2020)/approval (in 2021), as this is a key sign of value and any leverage we may have had at the negotiation table.

I think the partner choice is more a reflection of the value (or lack there of) in the ANDA and I'm guessing most reputable generic companies would just say "pass, not worth our while".

I just hope whomever takes the commercialisation on can sell something to recover in part our investment in the ANDA which the company has said is on average $3-5million.
