look theres a few comments in the annual report where they state that certain items will not have a material effect on operating expenditure but in a few instances did not mention impact on revenue - read it carefully.
interesting to know what they define as a material impact (different people have different perceptions to that concept) - and if its similar to how they judge their timelines on pipeline projects then ...........
