Thanks - you and I are pretty much on the same page. I appreciate your comments also - always good.

To be honest I am very upset today. I can take the ups and downs of the market with ease. Not worried about fluctuating business conditions and adverse court and regulatory decisions. Its the failure to take responsibility and share in the good times and bad with holders that makes me feel like my money has been stolen.

One of my other losers is HGO - a copper miner. Will get my money back soon.

When the cu price almost halved on them they

1. Took a pay cut of 10% across the board.
2. Reduced the CEOs package.
3. Combined management positions
4. Worked longer and harder.
5. Moved from an expensive large Sydney office to a small Adelaide one.
6. Reduced board fees.

That's what I expect when times are tough. That's integrity. They are not paying bonuses. Bonuses are for runs on the board - not additional salary.

They have made their share of mistakes, but the intent is there.
