How long do you think that revenue is going to last?
We basically get all of our revenue from one very powerful customer that now has the ability to produce its own trans-dermal testosterone formula without paying us a brass razoo.
Do you think that Lilly is going to give us millions of dollars because they are nice people?
They won't and they're not.
I agree that it this matter will likely be appealed, and we'll have a continuing royalty stream whilst the appeal process is going on. But then we are going to have tonnes of extra legal fees and appellate courts usually uphold the original decision unless there was a glaring error made.
