Eli Lilly can not walk away from a contract - lets be rational here - patient or no patient Eli Lilly is still making good money with this product why would they change their approach.
Also on the patients - Acurx has multiple patients on axiron - I'm not 100% clear what hs been struck out but pretty sure it is not all of the portfolio... they will need to clarify this position on the call..
