It is very difficult to say the impact on the co profit right now. Probably need 12 months to reassess the market share.
However certainly you would expect decrease - how much not sure yet.
To me axiron account for 80% of acr profit so I could understand why down to 40c.
I think sp will remain at around 35-40c for the next 6 months. Remember they also have to pay for the legal fee. I would suggest the co don't pay dividend and conserve the cash, considering share buy back if they have extra cash or make some acquisition .
I wouldn't be hurry buying in unless any positive news
