You bet- more snouts in the trough! I have not the slightest idea what to do about that; But I do know we need some tough business minded persons who can hold them to account for results. In short. shape up or ship out is whats needed. If they do that, I am happy to reward them handsomely. At least its a change with some chance of working. Up to now its just the same old same old going on and on without end.
