mwilson - "But I do know we need some tough business minded persons who can hold them to account for results". - totally agree on that score BUT IMO there appears to be one captain of the ship and IMO obvious whose interests at heart there (form your own opinions). I had thought with the last appointed officeholder that things were to change and have they? - not in my view - more of the same..
other issue I have and will be interested to see how it develops is whether there will be any involvement with related entities of officeholders - especially given that the Helix matter has been resolved BUT from my reading the terms of which have not been disclosed (if they were and I missed it please point me to them) - remember there was a "joint working relationship" on some products between ACR and Helix - common officeholder involved - and for some reason it broke down - however I still do not recall reading:
1) what the arrangements were;
2) who ended up with the "product";
3) how much ACR had spent on that "venture";
4) how much ACR ended "recouping" of its costs when the "venture" ceased
will be interesting to see whether other "ventures" will be formed with other entities related to officeholders (if not already done so) and what terms there may be.
