    Real recovery in price the last few weeks... as an FYI to all sharehodlers I spoke to teh company secretary yesterday in regards to the litigation against Acrux and E-Lily... it is scheduled to start a bit early than planned and is due to start this month. It seems as though they think there is no case and there are no costs to be worn by Acrux.
