I have recently contacted another of my companies (similar size to ACR) with a question. I had a response email from them within 2 hours to organize a call with a manager to discuss the issue with me (and at a time of my convenience). In the call they went as far as they could to provide good answers to my questions and the call lasted over half an hour. I have had two others companies over the years where the CEO has called me in person to discuss my questions. If you don't get a response to your email, ring them and ask why. It not good enough to ignore you. If you are a holder then you are an owner of the business and if you have a legitimate question you deserve a timely answer.
