I bailed out of Acrux, incurring a large loss, sometime ago after the Axiron patent loss in the USA, which was totally a stuff up from the beginning. I should have bailed after Allan Gray pulled out of their sizeable shareholding in Acrux. The team, I think, has not got what it takes to play with the big boys in the USA. Tread cautiously with this one. If they were a larger company, I think they could have been taken to task buy the ASX regarding timing and transparency of announcements leading up to the Axiron verdict in 2016 through to 2017.
