    Acrux would have only known about the challengers at the same time the public did; when the cases were brought to court. So they knew there were 7 challengers by early last week. Then the extra 6 last Friday morning (AEST).

    From a broad investor perspective, comfort can be taken in the price fall directly after the announcement today. Given there was no new information therein, it's always reassuring to see market inefficiencies.
