They make an announcement of a change without any mention of why this is necessary or when they are going to rectify the situation.
Once again another example of the secretive culture and the walls they build to try to hide the truth from stockholders.
To me it smacks of "We will decide when to inform you of our results and you will shut up until we are good and ready. We are going to give you the minimum required by the law and you are lucky to get that. We don't give a stuff if this leads to all sorts of speculation, because after its all about us and what we think - who cares what you think"
