employee incentive share option plan - would like to know more details!. how does it work and on what basis do employees receive it - how is their productivity/contribution to the company net worth calculated. From all I see at the moment we are living on past achievements and agreements. The agreement signed by previous executives has IMO "set the company up" for the future as far as earnings go. It is obvious that earnings generated from that agreement with Eli is going to increase substantially in future. Therefore the question I would be interested in knowing - are the incentives based on future profits LESS earnings from Eli agreement which was due to past and not future performance - I may be missing something here so any input appreciated. All IMO only so DYOR. An ANN advising us SH of where pipeline projects are at would be appreciated by me at least to know what else is there.
