shouldn't come as a surprise - doesn't surprise me BUT:
1) comment that any lawsuit will not "materially" impact the company - would love to know how they define "materially";
2) love the way they introduced the "potential" pipeline before hitting us with the litigation issue - gosh how silly are we to fall for the one-two hit;
3) potential development pipeline late calendar year 2017 - hmmm
4) if litigation lost then depending on how long in courts and whether competing products are able to sell whilst litigation on - could have a large impact on sales;
5) always the issue with this "one trick pony". competitors - and what would explain the rather lacklustre approach to R&D in the past few years - too much resting on ones laurels maybe??
6) surprised that the opportunity was not taken to inform us on the ins-outs of the Helix matter
