Looks like a long road ahead. Struggling is the perfect word.
The most difficult thing to me is that the Lenzetto revenues are so low. While it has increased by 25% which is really good, one has to look at the number of years it has taken to reach $1m in revenue.
Its just one drug, but we will need some much bigger/faster winners out of the rest otherwise they will have their hand out for more cash soon enough. Did you see their cash burn figures - shite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thing about "Under serviced" markets is it can be a double edged sword. Sometimes markets which are underserviced represent a new opportunity. But more often than not they represent a market which is experiencing some kind of market failure - in other words the market is underserviced because the companies servicing all went broke because of low volumes or some other reason. Often that reason is an entrenched feature of the market.
