I have no way to verify where we stand with the FDA, but certainly the court cases are in my view no reason to curtail marketing efforts. Given we have a strong case that all is well, then market away. Ditto with the FDA unless some behind the scenes gentleman's agreement has been struck in which Lilly agrees to keep marketing low key to avoid a warning on the bottle. I suppose the latter is possible. Anyway you bring an interesting perspective on this, that was not in my mind.

The Wilson stuff is likely just management PR. I have one company in my portfolio which told their analyst a whole lot of rot that led to a buy recommendation (not spec buy but buy) and a glowing analyst report, only to find just 8 weeks later that they are on the verge of going into administration and are in talks with suppliers to stitch up a deal to keep them afloat!!!!! Sp down 60% since the buy reco. The analysts know that if they keep in good with management then they get chosen for doing CRs and other work where they charge fat fees. Got to be careful unless we see some real measurable facts about progress. The absence of such facts and evidence of proper planning and scheduling is one of my main beefs with ACR management. I am not buying Wilson's view myself

totally agree - Wilson stuff is just PR - the Bio presentation should have had "similar" output by management but a lot of good that did to the SP. and target now only $0.70 - wasn't it $1 not too long ago by another firm??. I don't take any notice of these target prices by brokers - all self interest IMO. and as for FDA - yes Mitta very interesting take.
