    totally agree with your comments particularly regarding dobinson and the board. also agree with your comments re: profit share model - IMO a desperate measure that will cost the company profits but others will obviously disagree. would be interesting to see the nuts and bolts of that profit share - hopefully they had someone qualified go over it and not miss anything!
