the issue price is $0.157 for all shares applied for before closing date. the amount of shares finally issued to an investor is subject to scale back. I'm yet to determine whether I'll participate in the SPP. I did sell out my entire holding the other day @ 30cps for a modest profit after a couple of years in the red - obviously the SPP would be an overwhelming success if the SP remained anywhere near that level. However, this company does frequently disappoint . Given the current SP I expect your application will not be scaled back - but who knows? Anyway, good luck.
